I didn't like anything at Edunext. Such a pathetic and schoolic culture. They are threating there employees like a student. #superworst

The management is very partial, they don't know how to talk, treat and greet to their employees. All the managers and TL create pathetic environment. There is a lot of politics and the management don't address our issues. This is not a company,this is a basically school. They are creating their own rule which is not required. It gives good work life balance. No one is bound to sit after office hours.. As a managerMr. Arvind is doing greate job.. The staff is also helpful and dedicated.

Few employees have language issues, they don't understand the limit when it comes to joke or criticism...using abusive language is very normal and some times taken as jokes.. Gender discriminative jokes are a common thing every now and then.

Pathetic Environment, management and HR are like CCTV camera, even any employee eating something, walking tp the reception, having a healthy conversation with team mates. The company is like hell because the people are not good, they are sick and of low mentality. The director want to earn money for himself, no consideration for any employee,s hard work and dedication.

Company culture as I have the best seniors. Skill development as if you want you can learn a lot and every one helps you if you required. Promotion and appraisal as you will get your raise as expected or more than that if you have given your 100% company seniors always praise.
