Management is worst, they even don't know why they are employees the candidates if they don't have sufficient needs and resources to provide them. Toxic environment. Bad culture. Everything. There is no career growth. From the manager to new joinee everyone is doing the same job. Favouritism is going on in the office. Even in the time of pandemic they did not provide wfh facility and for wfh they will make your Salary half. There is no job security expect for some people.

Huge politics, non deserving employee get every thing without doing any sales , favouritism is really exist you will understand when you join , despite of having better skills then others you will have to face this situation. No leave even you have to work on your off day and no extra pay is there.
