Two years back I was looking for a job and then I saw an advertisement posted by this company and the same was about content writing. I zeroed on the same because vis-a-vis earning the money it would also help in honing my writing skills and evolve my overall knowledge as i have always been passionate about the same. I then gave a writing test and also went through an interview session and cleared the same and was offered a decent salary package. I worked very hard and and working environment is so friendly that I never feared or hesitated in admitting and correcting my mistakes and the same is very helpful in imbibing a sense of confidence and in overall personality development. What i best like about my job is that the targets are not for 365 days and you have to work hard for sometime and you get enough relaxing time when there is off season. No doubt you have to work hard and meet the deadlines, but it is pretty normal for any corporate culture. But I have always been remunerated for the same and incentives comes to you without any problem and the same are totally performance based and that too without any bias. It is a perfect job if you are looking for balanced career approach in juxtaposition with your overall development and future prospects because wherever you go, your command over the language and knowledge makes you stand apart. Last but not the least, i get ample of time to live my personal life and have gone for vacations as and when the same was required and approved. Go for it.!! I am completely satisfied and happy. Sometimes I feel that there is lot of work pressure at times and then lateron I realised that same has always helped me in increasing my confidence. Also there were some employees from whom I had negative vibes but was fortunate enough to see them going. Company in its recent drive has layed off few employees but have not got to know the reason about the same and sometimes i feel that there is no job security in private companies. Workload is high but that does not make any difference till the employees are treated well. No doubt, i have to work more but for that i get lot of benefits also There is so much to learn.

I had to study lot of concepts before writing them which was quite tedious for me. There was some which was not my forte but i had to work on them

Employees always crib for pressure of work but the fact is that workload is only in the peak season.There is the time when the same employees are enjoying in their working hours.
