I am working at Education culture private ltd. from last 3 years. This is a best platform to enhance your knowledge and skills. I have always got appreciation for my hardwork from CEO of the company and management team. I considered these three years in the company as a golden time period of my life in which i got so many opportunities to make my career better in IT sector. My experience in this company is excellent and the staff as well as management is very cooperative. I joined this company in feb 2017 and at that time i did not have enough knowledge and skills that a person should have to be a writer and an employee should have to work with a reputed company. 1. More than 14 hours work a day. 2. Each Sunday is working, no extra pay. Need to work 30 days of a month. 3. CEO is extremely rude, keeps insulting every employees using derogatory language. 4. It is a typist job. Need to type at least 6,000 words everyday for writing assignments of Australian students and ruin their life. 5. Workhere if you could sell your personal life to the company. 6. I wrote assignments for college students of Australia. I learnt nothing but typing. I was feeling like doing B.Tech all over again. I worked everyday for 14+ hours even on Sundays.

Everything was too bad. They micro manage. They make people work 12-14hrs a day. And then when you finally go to your home and try to sleep, they will call you between 2am-5am, everyday, for taking updates. They should be put behind bars for mental harassment and employee exploitation
