I can approach my bosses anytime to be mentored and to express innovative ideas and they really appreciate it .As a marketing manager that helps me a lot to stay innovative and creative for bringing new ideas to the floor because the top managmnet appreciates people who try to do different things . Great organization!

Never thought I will find a well paid IT job in Ludhiana but thanks to Education Culture that I did and I could stay with my parents without having to move to another city. Completed 3 years here yesterday as an SEO writer and I can't really express the experience in words. It has been a journey of great support and learning.

I am employed here since 2019 and during COVID-19 there were no salary cuts and the company supported all its employees in such a crisis situation. Yesterday was third work anniversary here and I am really happy here about my growth as a UX/UI designer.

 if I have to describe the working experience of EC in one word I would just say Phenomenal because I don't feel like it's anything like 9 to 5 typical jobs. We have 3 to 4 labradors roaming around and making it a chill place to work with.
