I heard something bad about the company and that's why was afraid of working there, but my perceptions were wrong. I got a happy work environment and still working comfortably here. The company is reputed and prefer the comfort of employees more than the customers that is a motivating factor for us.

Dislikes

I used to get off on every last Saturday in my previous company but i miss that here.

Workload is high but that does not make any difference till the employees are treated well. No doubt, i have to work more but for that i get lot of benefits also There is so much to learn.

I had to study lot of concepts before writing them which was quite tedious for me. There was some which was not my forte but i had to work on them

Employees always crib for pressure of work but the fact is that workload is only in the peak season.There is the time when the same employees are enjoying in their working hours.

I worked there for 2 years and had tha best experience. Working envirorment iS quite friendly. We have not been treated like employees but we were a femily overe there. Tha management is very helpful and understanding.

There is work pressure but it is everywhere in the private sector.

Excellent working environment with career-oriented employees. I learnt a lot of things and new concepts by working practically here in the in-house projects as well as other projects.

Dislikes

Sometimes the working hours get extended, but it has paid us with the success. Also, the break timings can also be extended from 40 minutes to one hour.
