It was a good experience .The company offers you different task to handle through which you get a chance to learn new things and explore areas you have not tried earlier.

Dislikes

Except personal growth rest others like career related is slow.Unless you announce what tasks you handled in a day they would not be considered done.Managers do not value indivisuals unique strengths rather busy in keeping personal grudges . Head of the company are the only ones who keep the enviroment positive

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
