Teammate are supportive and the Management is transparent. And company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Salary paid every month on time.

I like the company policies of edubridge learning private limited.. They strongly supported during lockdown.They allowed to do the work from home .. assigned the work to do regarding training.

Dislikes

I dislike one thing about edubridge complete politics will run.. management will address the issues slowly.There is no growth for trainers and also there is no appreciation for the employee's regarding there work.

There is no job security. They terminated all trainers during this covid situation. We are all unsatisfied with this company and there is salary pending also.

Dislikes

They are not genuine and still this time they didn't provide the certificates of students of November 2019 batches. And they promised the last month salary will credit within 45 days but now 120 days. Still this time no news about this. And the PF amount is not credited to my account.
