As a Fresher, you will learn many things. But there are less opportunities for growth as People in the company and Management don't have proper decision making, communication skills.

Dislikes

There is no job security. They terminated all trainers during this covid situation. We are all unsatisfied with this company and there is salary pending also.

Dislikes

They are not genuine and still this time they didn't provide the certificates of students of November 2019 batches. And they promised the last month salary will credit within 45 days but now 120 days. Still this time no news about this. And the PF amount is not credited to my account.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
