Worst Management. In offer letter mentioned 90days notice period or 45days notice period remaining pay basic pay but while putting notice they say only will get experience letter while staying 90days also holding the salary. For last 6months pf amount is not credited. Micro Management.

I request to people pls don't join this organisation. There is no system and proper structure. They are not providing even required and basic things like form16, insurance for employees etc. You have to follow for everything like salaries, settlement amounts which is also not sure whether you are getting or not. No Job security. No one has enough knowledge for the their role to lead a team and in technical. This is not a product based company. Its just running by a guy who only aims for his money. Policies will be revised often for each individual for the company benefit.

This “consultancy” is only aiming about pay check from their clients by deputing people. They wont worry about the deputed people whether they alive or dead or got enough respect from client side or not, etc…. No technical forums / persons available here for resolving technical issues.
