With years of experience if I have to write something for this organisation I would just say it’s just not a place to work if someone wants to grow in life.

There was no leader who will guide you that how you can improve in something they just will ask you for targets that only once in a day.

Training was good, if i have to talk about operations and management that was worster also company dont have budget to buy new assets so they will cut amount from your FNF.

No seniors so no guidance, No good codebase lot of tech debt, people need to know how to mantain documentation fixed 9 hours per day plus no benifits, cramped af office
