No support from management, no job security. Worst policies and management is least bouther about employees.

There is no scope for job satisfaction and job security. They all ask employees to leave the company without any reason as on when they feel. Level 2 manager will play the blame game on their subordinates to save his job. Suggest not to join this company even if you get good package. After joining they will remove your job without reason.
