Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Overall I wasted 4.5yrs in developing business, no support from management. No body attend to field , only sales people responsibility. Product manager and marketing manager do not come to field to see market reality. No inputs which can help to generate or increase business. Very huge politics specially CEO, VP sales and Marketing team. No body takes responsibility and no helping hands. No man power for field support. HR people are just to remove people , CEO having huge attitude issue. Only keeps on shouting. It's not good organisation to work....Read More
