Everything is a ??. I don't remember even a good thing about this company. One thing is that wherever we go, we can learn about process. Incentives are better but there are issues.

Dislikes

Candidate who got selected for Team lead could be degraded to Telecaller within a month or two and without even considering candidate's growth and career who performed with good numbers by over achieving target on first month. No disciplines and no control. Coc not adhered properly. Pressurising the employees to complete target without allocation of systems or computers. Mobiles are allowed to make calls to customer but could be restricted temporarily according to their needs stating violation and compliance issues. Salary and incentive issue are there. No written documentation provided for promotion, salary hike or incentives and even proper relieving....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
