Company has very good products and is very good for its customers.

I didn't get the support which I was promised at the time of career pitching. This company only knows to put pressure for work but support is just a spelling here. Moreover if they don't pay or keep the reimbursement amount and incentives, there is no one to clear the same. First of all there package is too low and low is the increament amount after achieving the targets and then also if they are not paying the incentives then what is the use of working for them. They don't even give the advisor's contests at time....Read More

Zero work life balance. The company only knows how to drain the employees. Using of foul languages towards female employees by the RA. No peace of mind, receive calls from the authorities till 11.00, 11.30 pm at night. Also working in Edelweiss Tokio Life meaning enabling one self to totally discard from family time as one has to work even on sundays.
