I was proud when I got the opportunity to work with Edelweiss and still proud.. Senior Management is not ready to take your suggestions.inputs,ideas,thoughts,etc.. They are only concerned about their business. They are not even bothered to ask employees if they need anything, no monthly reviews, feed backs,etc...work culture is pathetic in the department where I used to work... All are paying the blame game and not a single person is ready to take the onus.. When good things happen,nit a single person leaves a chance to get the There is no transparency..
