Company policies are good but they are not followed. Having a very difficult time here.

Dislikes

No work life balance, you will get calls at odd hours of the day even if you do your work on Time and manage your time well your RA and Senior Team members will dump everything on you. There is no concept of weekends. No induction no structure. Language and manner used here are way below respectable norms of corporates.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisala are fair and they give good .

Salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.

Among all the companies I've worked at so far, Edelweiss was the best. I had no issues with the company itself, its environment, or culture. However, I did have issues with the manager, their behavior, and their partiality toward employees.

Too much of work pressure for deliveries and support. No agile environment where projects are fixed in a particular sprint. If you're on support, you will get a call anytime in the night. The growth in terms of learning and earning is slow. Old outdated technology.

Rajesh RH is Worst leader who does not support for new team members who join freshly with big dreams , he will be sitting in office or home with family always and waste of salary , also Ravi Trainer will be at home and don't know anything products without Laptop slide and never takes any training for Agents or BMs , Better remove both

Senior Management is very good. . But the Regional Departments are not as good as the SMTs. HR is sales driven and act smarter than HO team. Change of department is usually not welcomed here. East is not as good as performing region also Management here is too political. Runs on assumptions.
