Employees Most Need to Job Security and Money in that Time But Company Remove the Most Experience Employees just because of Mention Reason of Cost Cutting..Boss and Seniors are not Liable to Pay Promise..They are Layer and Cheat with Employees Emotions.They are not Full Fill there Promises..Seniors Do The Partiality with There Employees..Home Loans Funding is Stop Due to Covid 19 But Sales Team are doing Cross Selling in Insurance and Collect the EMI of Customers but Still Seniors are Decide to Remove Those Employees who Complete There Targets..
