Their is nothing to like in edag in comparison to MNC tag edag have, specially in india design department their is no work life balance. once you enter you don't know the exit timming. Assistant Managers are too rude they directly told you have to work in nights too during project peak and come early next day in morning. Advice to MD must have eyes on managers behaviour too, how much yours employees work life balance must have look because overall edag is an MNC...Read More

Flexible timing. Personally all employees and higher level management is very helpful.

Dislikes

Work allotment is poor. It is not equally divided in employees. Some employees enjoy sitting relaxed and get paid while some have to work so hard and overtime. Parcility is the policy. No transport service, no canteen. No overtime allowances. Some times you have to work on holidays also.
