Chandan is a psycho-type person. This is not a company; it’s a home with lots of dogs and four people living in a toxic environment. First, they ask you to relocate nearby, and then they make you work 14-hour shifts.

The company culture is toxic. Ĥiring is on an almost daily basis. That is because nobody's willing to work here. There is incessant yelling and screaming by this one person who claims to be an expert in Economics but unfortunately, that doesn't seem true. This person also seems to have serious anger management issues alongwith even more serious trust issues. Also, there are statements made that the company's true boss is the Chief Secretary of Delhi, formerly Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh. However, it seems suspect until proven. Employees are treated worse than animals. Actually, there are dogs all over the workplace. Constant claims of being a government funded startup but after eight years of operations, can one claim to be a startup? Head behaves like he knows everything but he doesn't & always in this mindset that my employee will not work without me. They will make his fool if not watched. In 1 word micromanagement no its Nanomanagment. Salary will come late always that's inevitable.
