I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. It was good to work in E-Com Express because the salary used to come on time and also the timing of everything was right.

Dislikes

The biggest issue here was regarding promotion and transfer. Those who do not have connections at the top, nothing happens to them, they just stay at one place.

I don’t have to share any good note of ecom express managers Managers like Bipin Khandalgaonkar more interested to play dirty minded politics Leaders like Bipin & Kishor patil are not supporting to ground team their support percentage are 0 Even both of them not aware about geographical Mumbai Both are not capable to distribute the locations graphically to the team

The language used by Bipin - he will take left and right to employees/ he used the abusing language like - will take you on ride Kishor patil is using abusing language with ground team
