Never go for working in this Company as this Company has a non technical guy holding the CEO position and the Company has no authentic/revenue generating projects.The company will put you in a job role of a Java developer but will expect some marketing from your end.Its like working in empty pockets here looking upon destiny to bring some money making projects for the company.No growth only stress and workload handover by the mentors who are scrupulous....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
