The Ahmedabad Development department management is wrost. Because: The financial decisions made based on feedback of new menties who has just one year experience and the mwntor who is leaving company soon. 6+ year experience employee with in eCW, has increment 1.15 lakh while college pass out has 95 thousand :D. Favoritism in increment, appreciation, promotion, profit sharing by development head (Ahmedabad) with Tech mentor. He has a special set of people from his pink list to provide the information/gossip. Conclusion: good foe fresher Not for experience. Good interms of not for Knowledge. All the best....Read More

Dislikes

Ahmedabad development head management and favoritism with loyal employee. He do not value to 6+ experience with in eCW employees' strenth, effort and respect what they have gave to company since its bad growing time to 500 million growth.
