Lots of micro management. Lots of favortism, leaders themselves bully team members and try to suppress team members voice, growth and abilities to perform. Team leader treats you like a slave and regularly force you to work after hours justifying it as tight deadlines instead of their poor planning. When employees do their work diligently no one cares and they make one small mistake and hell breaks out on them as if they committed huge crimes. Leaders makes you feel worthless. Employees are not allowed to work independently and they always are on mercy of leaders mood. Leader also threatens you that nothing will happen even if you complain to higher level.
