I do not mind that they removed me from PCIP but why they treated to a new joiner like outsider and hold accountable for every negative thing which I was not responsible. Worst Work Environment Ever! Working at this company was nothing short of a nightmare. The work culture is toxic, oppressive, and downright disrespectful to employees. It's almost as if you are treated like a prisoner. Employees have no rights, no voice, and are constantly pressured to conform without any support from the management. If something is wrong, do not expect help or understanding - the management's only concern is making sales, even if that means lying to customers. For freshers it's an amazing platform to learn. You will learn subject perfectly. Just get the job and learn the subject and there Will be one year bond for everyone. You will get joining bonus too

There is nothing much to dislike but if there is EMEA shift it will be better. It's a completely NAM shift. Atleast rotational shift makes comfortable. There is no rotational shift. This is the only drawback.

Poor management, favouritism, managers at high level have no skills, those who had good skills have left company due to better opportunity or were forced to leave/quit, HR is puppet of managers and will not take your side even if you're right and managers are wrong

Salary is on time but they will try to deduct as much as possible. So you have to be very calculative and precise about your half days, sick leaves, shift allowance, etc.

Dislikes

The company's moto is "All work and no play". There is no job security. They made tremendous loss after acquiring Personiv and started firing employees, just to keep the head above water and now in the verge of shutting it down. It is a company where nepotism is encouraged and things will against you if you bring this to management's attention.

Worst Work Environment, I experienced in my life. It was my first job ever. In initial 2-3 months they will be behaving like they are the best managers in the world they are so caring. They will keep the fix rotational time . But after 2-3 months they keep all the existing times in 1 week only. For example - if today my shift time is 12:30 am to 9:30am my tomorrow's shift will be 6:30pm to 3:30am or 4:30 to 1:30am . Like seriously??? And also in the work load they won't give us break time to time . If I will be 5 mins late because of customer. They will blame us for dragging the chat and we will miss our breaks and now We have to wait for more 2 hours. Or sometimes if we are having shift time of 4:30 our first break will be at 9:30pm. Like seriously??? What we gonna do till then . Why should we starve due to LAT team requirement. Also they adjust our weekoffs without our permission then they just say that," hum aapke liye break times adjust karte hai . Toh aap ye hamare liye karo na. ". Seriously man I was so done with the company and they are literally pressurizing us with their behaviour and sales target. I understand sales target is also important. Work culture is really very poor, pls don’t expect any work life balance. I had to stretch 4-5 hours ahead of my shift time to handle the volume spike without any kind of appreciation for the efforts . This was my personal experience might vary from team to team.
