It was good learning and training, Untill they started firing people just after training period

Your Job will be at risk all time, either stay very close to manager and do your task as well as half of manager's work, but then also you will get fired with your manager. Random fireworks 😂. On the other hand the consistant hiring is on, and new joiners also getting fired, they are not sure about the requirements I belive, and there is gap between hiring team and resource management team. Good work culture, great teammates and if you are self starter then it's a great workplace. For freshers eClerx is best place to get used too all standard company culture.

Dislikes

Appraisal are standard for everyone around 5-10 percent, so anybody who is thinking of doing hardwork and giving outstanding contribution then please reconsider it. For self satisfaction it is good but in the end we work for good money and if we don't get that then we feel let down.
