Such terrible organization to work with they think employees are animal and they will treat worst than that manger does not have manners to talk with employee they will yell on you without reasons to make you feel very uncomfortable in front of everyone. High recommendation don't go for this job until you have no job in your hand and thought you are job less don't join this organization

Dislikes

1) At the time of interview they will not cleared the things with employee how the contract will work they just mentioned that you will be contraual employee for 1 year 2) Regarding cab facility 1stly they take charges for which is not right you are asking employee to visit office in odd time for that your not providing cab to any employee free of cost the irony is there cab facility till last long only 11pm and it's start at 9 pm and 11pm at night even though your female employee you have go home on your own . And if someone raised the concern to HR regarding this they will we can't do anything even if you are not safe while reaching home . 3) I had faced very much difficulty while working as well you are not allowed to take leave for 3 months even if. You dying I had asked for sick leave during rainy season instead of allowing me to take rest they asked me to resume office at any cost . Day after leave Day when I visit the off there where 3 manger how took me in meeting room and started forcing me to leave the job they asked why I take sick as it was not allowed you to take the same they also mention to complete the worked of the same which i had taken leave along with working day productive which is technically not possible if you are new joinee and your are not used to with system also they mentioned I can't leave office if I have done with 2 Days of worked in single days I felt like I m working in boarding school 3) Mangers ,TL and HR behave with you very worst due that contractual agreement they think employee will not pay money which they asked for to pay in contract as the amount is very high they target employee who really need job . 4) Due to these things employee only left with one option that is leave organization without serving notice period . if you abscond HR while make your life even more worst then what they made while your are working 1st they called you why you take that these big decision they try to show that they will do something they will change your department they show that they feeling petty on us that we have to go through lots off things n blah blah after that they come again and started tell you pay 75k or else you have to faced court n all such unhumen people are they don't even think if someone is fursted and they leave the job you should stop calling and teasing them for the amount mention in contract which is not Legal in India they make me feel like to do suicide don't know how make of taken this decision due this worst management harassment 5) I don't how this MNC is still working they are just putting employee in depression, mental traumas, heath problem and many more . 6) Be aware there are so many things they hide from employee like related cab facility, no leave allowed till 3months if you take leave amount will get deducted from your salary , that contract thing 7) if you leave the organization they will call you asked for extra money which is not even mention in contract as per contract I m liable to pay 75k but they asked me to pay 1lakh 63k how it is justifying .
