Likes

Work satisfaction and a good boss in the R&D team. Only these two factors helped me stick to this company for a long time.

Work satisfaction - Excellent

Dislikes

The top management never stands on its word. No perks, no work-life balance, no bonus, nothing. Name a thing and it will be the worst here. The worst HR department one would never want. No employee engagement. 1 lac insurance, and that too individual. Family isn't covered.

Work-life balance - Bad

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
