The work environment here is extremely conducive to learning and development. The employees are welcoming and accepting. The policies of the company are in place in accordance with statutory requirements and even going beyond.

Dislikes

Work from home. Though work from home is preferred by many, and the company has managed to create a great work from home environment without any hinderance, I still prefer work from office.

EC-Council is a wonderful place to work. As a fresher I joined the Company in 2018, and I liked the work environment, corporate culture and the management as well. I have gained extensive knowledge and learned about new technologies. It is a good place to work where employees have work life balance.

The culture of the company is inclusive , with a lot of people engagement activities. The company allows growth in various dimensions apart from the core job.

Work culture is terrible specifically in R&D team a lot of micromanagement exists. Also a major lacking is payscale is very low compared to amount of work. The major disadvantage is growth, the managers/TL are not aware of advance cyber security and have lot less technical knowledge that results in miscommunication and hampers growth of an employee.

I have just joined the company few days back and it has been a really life changing event for me as I moved in Noida from Bangalore and things are quite new for me but my colleagues and management are so kind and helpful.

Life at EC council is really fun. The way company treats its employees is impeccable. The friendly environment enables all of us to work even more efficiently
