There is nothing to like about this organisation.

Dislikes

Previously it was fine but with time the work experience has deteriorated drastically. There is no job security and the project and people management is worst. Top management is just rubbish. If you get a chance to grab another opportunity then please leave this organisation and go somewhere else.

With minimal stress and workload, EC-Council is an ideal company to work for. The company's environment is quite welcoming and working here gets easier due to an excellent management. The work given has ideal targets too and the company compensates quite fairly for it.

I interned for EC-Council for 6 months and have learned a lot from my time here. Everybody on team was incredibly helpful and the work i was assigned had significance. I felt like I was a part of the team and had an impact on work.

Work culture is terrible specifically in R&D team a lot of micromanagement exists. Also a major lacking is payscale is very low compared to amount of work. The major disadvantage is growth, the managers/TL are not aware of advance cyber security and have lot less technical knowledge that results in miscommunication and hampers growth of an employee.

I have just joined the company few days back and it has been a really life changing event for me as I moved in Noida from Bangalore and things are quite new for me but my colleagues and management are so kind and helpful.

Overall its a good experience working with this company. The work culture was positive which means it wasn't stressful or overly competitive. The management is very approachable.

Life at EC council is really fun. The way company treats its employees is impeccable. The friendly environment enables all of us to work even more efficiently

There's nothing as such to say for the dislikes just the work hours sometimes get a bit too extended but that also become fun when you have a great team to work with.
