Eccouncil is a form of workplace where a learner has no boundaries. The most essential aspect of Eccouncil that I enjoy is that there is no hierarchical structure; you may approach anyone about anything. A pleasant working environment. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
