While the company is good in every aspect but there is a room for improvement in terms of streamlining communication channels to enhance efficiency. Additionally the opportunity to expand their product/service range could further elevate their already impressive offering.

I have been working from the last 3 years, joined as an internal and now i have grown as a Senior executive. I have got tremendous amount of learning and opportunities till date. Over all a good place to work. Stretched hours, but that's ok, very common these days.

The best part of working at EC-Council is 100% the people. I made a lot of great friends at EC-Council the culture and the people are amazing compared to other tech companies and the people seem to be the same type pf person all around! people & culture 10/10 would recommend.

Work culture is terrible specifically in R&D team a lot of micromanagement exists. Also a major lacking is payscale is very low compared to amount of work. The major disadvantage is growth, the managers/TL are not aware of advance cyber security and have lot less technical knowledge that results in miscommunication and hampers growth of an employee.

The company provide with all kind of benefits. Salary is upto the mark as per the work. The shift timings are so flexible you can't ask more. The policies are really good.
