The thing that I like here is the support I get from this company on every step be it the filling of the salary invoice or anything else.

There are few things that I personally didn't like about the company sometimes its the timings and a few times the parking issue.

Work culture is terrible specifically in R&D team a lot of micromanagement exists. Also a major lacking is payscale is very low compared to amount of work. The major disadvantage is growth, the managers/TL are not aware of advance cyber security and have lot less technical knowledge that results in miscommunication and hampers growth of an employee.

I have just joined the company few days back and it has been a really life changing event for me as I moved in Noida from Bangalore and things are quite new for me but my colleagues and management are so kind and helpful.
