It is a good company with well equipped tools, infrastructure and even the team is supportive, You get a lot to learn as an intern there. Training sessions which is basically done via practical experience is also there.

What I hate the most about Even telecom is the office management. They are least bother about they employees, in health , wealth or in any matter. I have had very bad situations in Eben. Like once when we complained about rat infesting in the mess, they told they can't do anything and continued serving unhygienic food in unhygienic method. There is no career growth in Eben, and the treatment of their employees are very poor. I would request anyone to not work in Eben. And I look forward to the office getting shut down ....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
