Job Description
- Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and other sources in the assigned territory/geography
- Creating new business opportunities for the company
- Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring the successful execution of projects
- Develop relationships with potential Clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and other business or social Networking
- Generate Client awareness and preference for the business and its services
- This may include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, and presenting in business forums and associations
- Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies
- Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ corporates and present these to prospective Customers
- Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as the highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc
- To plan, project-manage, and drive the implementation of multiple medium to large-scale process transition or migration projects or any internal projects and to negotiate and own SLAs and KPIs till the Client s completion of the transition or migration process
- Coordinating all the transitions of Clients, including agreements, negotiations, handing over and own SLAs and KPIs until the transition or migration process is complete
