Dislikes

HR Policies need to be strict across all branches & for all people, need to implement more ERP system which they have already started to act upon, HR activities which have stopped or slowed recently should bounce back which increases employee interaction & boost up their morale.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
