Nice company to work have good facilities such as transport, medical insurance.Job security is good as have many businesses.

For promotion not good ,as manager will promote who are close to him and he will not promote capable one even if he is deserving and having that capabilities.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
