Eaton culture - first they slap you & then cuddling with some cheap gifts, very bad attitude of management. They expected that a single person has to perform 3-4 people's work & even they will not care about your illness for "Business First" statement from HR, they don't have backup plans in case of emergency, curious on how these people are managing this whole group under too much chaotic situation...Read More

Celebrations, very much free environment from top to bottom management. I appreciate the higher management who are very down Earth. Always felt comfortable to talk to them.

Office Politics, Management tries to sell things to leaders which are not feasible, favoratism, senior people draw high salary but responsiblity lies with junior to get work done, management tries to avoid getting layoff by hook and crook even though they don't contribute to any value addition

Nothing stay away from SMC - CSTS group.

CSTS COE head is good but the managers especially in TS are good for nothing. They will treat you like They know everything and will never listen to you and if there is any mistake being done from their end then they will start blaming you. If you ask them questions They say don't question my leadership. In reality they are not aware about the process and instead they will try to prove you wrong saying you are not aware about the process. There is a manager who supports only one single employee even though she/he is fully dumb. That particular individual is so dumb that being an electrical engineer not even aware about the basics but yes if you are from a specific gender and you are able to influence your manager then that is also a good talent but manager is dumb not able to identify it.
