I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Learning new things from the superior like how to improve customer walking basket size Average transaction value and how to achieve the target.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometime I have to work for 14 to 15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend all superior call in the evening in sometime late into the night.

Work Details

Honestly speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and life cycle as well as manage day today sale operation.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
