Company is good, but management lacks awareness about employees. Teammates are always waiting for your bad day. Altogether bad working culture.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No team effort, HR barely knows that you exist and Lack of interactions with employess of other branch. Directors should really check about the knowledge employees and branch managers have about the trade.

I love my job, but the people I worked under or worked with are not up to mark. It was a real struggle out there.
