There is not much to like about the company nowadays but previously they have good people and culture was good overall in past things were there to learn as compared to today.

Dislikes

Favourism Enviroment, Company culture is just to hire new people and kick them out itself in OJT or secondary rounds as they hire in bulk and fire in the same way.They only set your expectations high by providing you good salary and once someone leaves the organisation they will find very hard to get a job as they wont let you learn anything apart from sales.No knowledge is being provided as if they are training donkeys nowadays.Incentive is the one by which they build a report for the new employees by sharing the stats of years back and nowadays earning incentives is a very very tough task working with them as they put a certain bar on it and lead grading system<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.Job security is NIL</mark>....Read More
