Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. Lack of Human resource in every department. Managers do not value an idividuals unique strengths. Every one use to follow instruction while implementing their unique ideas. No one focuses towards staff welfare and their benefits.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I havd to look after the entire commodity procurement and its marketing/distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day its documentation. Task is slightly repetitive but i stay on my toes to execute to in precision

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
