Likes

Its worst organisation to work as they have pathetic culture to sustain for any individual. Small organisation but major communication gap among decision makers.

Dislikes

They hire when they feel the requirements but dont know to utilize individual skill in terms of growth and opportunity. Work culture is pathetic. No job security as in my tenure they have fired people suddenly and without any reason.

Work Details

I was working as Sr HR Executive handling their complete recruitment end to end. There was no scope for growth and no motivation and encouragement for good work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
