All problems arise from the Top. Immediate leaders are not fit to lead. TLs emotionally manipulate and lie to the consultants. Very toxic leadership, micromanaging the wrong things. Blaming the consultants and deep diving into consultants work for nor bringing in deals when They don't provide the right leads. Managers mostly suffer from a bipolar disorder. Can't share anything with an HR because they tell on you to the TL who then blocks your growth. Terrible terrible leadership. The HRs lie during the interview, I was hired for a specific market but now I'm being told to sell a different market. Unreasonable Mid level managers. Join at the risk of your mental health. Poor management, cost cutting is at such a huge level that you won't see toilet paper in rest rooms. Even they slurp all the money (incentive) of employees by giving excuses. Very bad company as there is no good leads as such and pressure from those dead leads to create site visit and closure is really huge. Won't recommend this company to anyone as it is not worthy to join. You have ample amount of bandwidth to contribute to the company, upgrade your skills to perform better and the overall work culture is very flexible and helpful.
