All problems arise from the Top. Immediate leaders are not fit to lead. TLs emotionally manipulate and lie to the consultants. Very toxic leadership, micromanaging the wrong things. Blaming the consultants and deep diving into consultants work for nor bringing in deals when They don't provide the right leads. Managers mostly suffer from a bipolar disorder. Can't share anything with an HR because they tell on you to the TL who then blocks your growth. Terrible terrible leadership. The HRs lie during the interview, I was hired for a specific market but now I'm being told to sell a different market. Unreasonable Mid level managers. Join at the risk of your mental health. Work-life balance is pretty good in this company. You have ample amount of bandwidth to contribute to the company, upgrade your skills to perform better and the overall work culture is very flexible and helpful. If you need assistance, everyone is easily accessible and open to talk to. Your queries/task related hurdles get solved oreven listened to quickly and efficiently. You get to experience and learn a lot, in different aspects. The work environment is safe and healthy. Sometimes the communication can be a bit problematic, however this also plays to your advantage as you get to learn more and as you are thrown curveballs, you start learning how to get the task done around and solve the problems at your own.
