Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in B2B commercial real estate.
This role is crucial in driving our growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with corporate clients seeking commercial property solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads within the commercial real estate sector.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their specific real estate needs.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to attract and engage corporate clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their business objectives and real estate requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, purchasing, and selling.
- Conduct property tours and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of available commercial spaces.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights and recommendations.
Transaction Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Negotiate lease and purchase agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.-
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and other professionals to facilitate the closing process.
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and presentations to clients.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market analysis and provide regular reports on market conditions and sales performance.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, client interactions, and market data.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
Networking & Industry Engagement:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional network and generate leads.
- Build relationships with industry professionals, including brokers, developers, and investors.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and revenue.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B commercial real estate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid real estate license (if applicable).
- Strong understanding of financial concepts related to commercial real estate.
Preferred Skills:
- Established network of contacts within the commercial real estate industry.
- Experience in handling complex commercial real estate transactions.
- Knowledge of local zoning regulations and development processes.
