JOB PROFILE/BACKGROUND
- University degree (MBA, Masters in Finance / Economics or equivalent specialization)
- A minimum of 5-7+ years of work experience with specialized international consulting firms
- Proven relevant business experience as a Senior professional in Consulting/Advisory services in the field of Industrial Real Estate Consulting / Strategic Consulting
- Should have successfully managed and delivered industrial / economic consulting studies, covering industrial parks, industrial cities, economic / industrial corridors, Special Economic Zones / Free Trade Zones, Airport / Port led industrial zones, industrial townships, urban development, High-tech industrial / Innovation & R&D developments, etc.
- Deep understanding of the industrial and economic sector dynamics across CBRE's target geographies
- Proficiency in use of various statistical and economic models used for forecasting, analysis, etc.
- Experience in terms of managing client relationships, generating new business leads, team management, etc.
- Exposure to emerging markets, is necessary, and ideally the candidate should have had business exposure to South & South-East Asia, Africa and Middle East
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, 'report' writing capabilities, sound knowledge of financial modeling, preparation and delivery of presentations
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The candidate's primary role would be to work as a project lead - The profile involves handling multiple projects, managing project teams, giving directions on work to team, work with the team in formulating effective strategies for the clients, review of deliverables, etc. to ensure successful project delivery
- Review and be involved on preparation of proposals / pitches / additional business with the client and work towards successful closure of the business leads
- Act as a single point of contact for client requirements. Understand client goals and objectives and translate them into service requirement and ensure successful client service delivery
