Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager/General Manager of Business Coordination to play a crucial role in driving our strategic initiatives and ensuring the efficient execution of business plans.
- This individual will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, developing growth strategies, and supporting key decision-making processes.
- The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of growth strategies, including new market entry, alternative go-to-market strategies, and initiatives to enhance customer Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Oversee the management of real estate assets, focusing on maximizing returns and optimizing portfolio performance.
- Develop and manage the annual business planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential real estate investments, assessing financial viability, risk factors, and strategic fit.
- Provide internal consulting services to various departments, offering data-driven insights and recommendations on strategic initiatives.
- Support the strategic deployment of capital across different projects and investment opportunities.
- Identify and assess key risks within various portfolios, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential negative impacts.
- Utilize financial modeling and data analytics tools to analyze market trends, evaluate investment opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Hands-on experience is essential.
- Work closely with functional heads across the organization to ensure alignment on key strategic initiatives and facilitate effective communication.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, providing insights to inform strategic planning.
- Monitor the performance of key strategic initiatives, track progress against goals, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Mandatory: B.Tech (Tier 1/Tier 2) and Full-Time MBA from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and investment due diligence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong leadership and project management skills.
