HR Have become the puppets of the managers. Favouritism at its peak. Hire and fire system here. They will remove you after 2 months if you don’t perform well. No job security for freshers. All problems arise from the Top. Immediate leaders are not fit to lead. TLs emotionally manipulate and lie to the consultants. Very toxic leadership, micromanaging the wrong things. Blaming the consultants and deep diving into consultants work for nor bringing in deals when They don't provide the right leads. Managers mostly suffer from a bipolar disorder. Can't share anything with an HR because they tell on you to the TL who then blocks your growth. Terrible terrible leadership. The HRs lie during the interview, I was hired for a specific market but now I'm being told to sell a different market. Unreasonable Mid level managers. Join at the risk of your mental health.
