There is nothing u can like about this company, total fraud company. i will request to job seekers not to join this company and waste u future, as i have wasted my 2 years. For your future Dont go in this company, choose others. As civil engineer i will say, don't go in infra projects as work life balance is nowhere in any company,choose field like repair maintenance, try for companies like asian paints, nerolac, pedilite, my frnds are ther and has good package and work life balance than who work in this type of infra companies...Read More

There is a lot to dislike about this company: 1. Delayed Salaries – Timely salary payments are a major issue. When I left, my salary for three months was on hold. The company consistently paid only one month’s salary while keeping three months on hold. After my departure, I learned that employees had up to six months’ salaries withheld. 2. Toxic Management – The work culture has been severely impacted, primarily due to Shekhar. I was present in the office when he instructed my colleague to search for job seekers, specifically stating to look for "boys who are very needy" and that "knowledge is not needed." His reasoning was that such individuals would tolerate any mistreatment for the sake of job security. 3. No Salary Hikes – In two years, there were no salary hikes, making career growth stagnant. 4. Corruption in Government Projects – The company is involved in unethical practices, particularly in government projects. 5. Unfair Treatment of Small Contractors – I strongly advise small companies not to partner with them. During my time, a contractor from Kolhapur had ₹1 crore withheld. He would visit the office weekly, only to leave empty-handed every time....Read More

Nothing to like any single thing about this company. No job security in this company, they will make u to seat on bench on any day and pretend like they are doing helping u by giving u job. Third class management, they only fill there pocket and never give u 1 rs hike. They will make ur work 12 to 14 hrs and complete work. Then theywill tell boss that I completed the work and takes all credit. But in actual they will not help u with work also....Read More

They just fills only there pockets and will hold ur salary for 4 to 5 month's. Third class management. No increment after 2year also.

Third class.Engineers are treated like labour there. Think before joining guys. Don't screw ur life by going there. I screwed my 2year there.
